Sangiovese 80% – Merlot 20%
soft destemming, fermentation at 25°C. 10 days with the skins
ageing: 6-8 months in tank on the lees, and 6 months in bottle
bright ruby red. Intense smell of red fruits and white flower. Fresh, savoury, with a good structure, balanced with a long finish.
